As a dedicated follower of Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s inspiring journey, I find her courage and strength to be truly admirable. She has navigated through the glamour industry with grace, faced heartbreaks, and emerged stronger, which is a testament to her indomitable spirit.
Samantha Ruth Prabhu responded to Telangana Minister Konda Surekha’s contentious remarks about her divorce from Naga Chaitanya, using her personal Instagram account.
In her post, the actress expressed: “It takes tremendous courage and strength to be a woman in this world, to enter and thrive in an industry where women are often reduced to props, to experience love and heartbreak, and yet continue to stand tall. I am proud of the person I’ve become on this journey, Konda Surekha Garu, please do not diminish it.
She also emphasized, “Please understand the impact of your statements as a minister. I strongly advise you to act responsibly and show respect for people’s privacy. My divorce is a personal issue, and I kindly ask that you avoid making assumptions about it. Choosing not to discuss these matters publicly does not give permission for misinterpretation.
Samantha requested the minister to exclude her from political disputes, as she intends to maintain a non-political lifestyle moving forward. Moreover, she made it clear that her divorce was an amicable decision, free from any political influence.

Previously, a cabinet minister from Telangana accused the BRS party’s vice president, KTR, of being involved in the separation of Samantha and Naga Chaitanya. This political figure claimed that KTR has consistently exerted his influence over the Telugu film industry, which is why several actresses have also left show business.
In response, Nagarjuna Akkineni also shared a post on his social media, expressing his disapproval of the minister’s comments. Written in Telugu, his message urged the minister to show respect for others’ personal space.
