As a long-time fan and observer of the tech industry, I must admit that the ongoing “beef” between Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg has been quite entertaining to follow. Last year, when rumors started circulating about a potential cage fight between these two tech titans, I was both intrigued and skeptical. Musk’s reputation as a larger-than-life entrepreneur with a penchant for bold statements, combined with Zuckerberg’s martial arts expertise, made for an intriguing match-up.
In 2023, a playful feud, colloquially known as “internet beef,” ignited between Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg. Their desire for resolution took an unusual turn, with plans to settle the matter in an unconventional way: a cage fight.
As a Musk fan, I pondered over who would emerge victorious between him and Zuckerberg in their upcoming match. While Musk boasts larger resources at his disposal, Zuckerberg brings to the table a year’s worth of experience in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu.
But after Musk’s last statement about the fight in October 2023, things went silent.
Now in July 2024 the fire has been reignited by a statement from Musk and a reply from Zuckerberg.
Any Place, Any Time, Any Rules
On July 24th, Elon Musk went to Capitol Hill where he was queried if he would continue his battle against Mark Zuckerberg. In response, he said:
I will fight him any place, any time, any rules.
Elon Musk boldly challenged Mark Zuckerberg to a face-off, stating he was ready to engage in a verbal battle at any location, under any conditions. (Or, Elon Musk declared his readiness for a debate with Mark Zuckerberg anywhere and under any rules.)

Without warning, Musk revived the contentious debate between them after a long period of no activity. Unsurprisingly, Zuckerberg addressed the situation in a post on Threads, making a bold statement.
Are we really doing this again?
From my perspective as a fan, it seems that another confrontation between the parties involved might be on the horizon. However, based on the events of last year’s feud, I’m not holding my breath for a repeat performance – it appears rather uncertain.
What do you think? Would you like to see the two in a cage fight? Who do you think would win?
