MultiVersus Season 2 adds Samurai Jack and Beetlejuice

As a dedicated fan of MultiVersus since its launch, I couldn’t be more excited for the upcoming Season 2! The announcement of Samurai Jack and Beetlejuice as new fighters is simply amazing. I grew up watching Cartoon Network and Adult Swim shows, so having these characters join the roster feels like a dream come true.

As the first season of MultiVersus winds down, Player First Games has given a sneak peek into what’s next for the platform fighter’s content. Starting this week, MultiVersus enters its second season with the arrival of Samurai Jack and Beetlejuice as new playable characters. Additionally, Ranked Mode, which players have been eagerly waiting for, will make its debut in this update.

As a long-time fan of animated series, I’m thrilled to pieces to hear that Samurai Jack is joining MultiVersus when Season 2 kicks off on July 23rd! This iconic character hails from the early 2000s Cartoon Network and Adult Swim shows. I remember staying up late as a kid, glued to my TV screen, watching this samurai’s epic adventures unfold.

Later in the season, Beetlejuice is set to make an appearance in MultiVersus. This announcement brings him one step closer to the premiere of the new “Beetlejuice” movie sequel, “Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice.” Further information about Beetlejuice’s role in the game will be shared by Player First Games at a later time.

Along with introducing two new characters, MultiVersus’s Season 2 will introduce Ranked Mode as well. This competitive mode has undergone some adjustments during the Open Beta and enables players to engage in 1vs1 and 2vs2 matches. Furthermore, Season 2 will bring the Water Tower stage into the game.
