As a gamer and ardent follower of MrBeast, I can’t help but share his recent gripe. In a surprising turn of events, MrBeast, the popular YouTuber, has voiced his concerns about the r/YouTube community on Reddit allegedly censoring his post regarding his initiative to aid people with prosthetic legs. For those unaware, MrBeast recently released a heartwarming video titled “I Helped 2,000 People Walk Again,” where he extends a helping hand to individuals in need of prosthetic limbs. Following the video’s release, MrBeast took to X (formerly Twitter) to express his displeasure with the healthcare system. Although the post was well-received, MrBeast felt disheartened when his post on Reddit was mysteriously removed.
Why did MrBeast call out r/YouTube?
As a devoted fan, I can’t help but share my dismay over MrBeast’s apparent frustration with the r/YouTube community on Reddit. His recent YouTube video, where he generously covered the costs for 2000 individuals to receive prosthetic legs, garnered an astounding 30 million views within just two days of its release. Surprisingly, a post about this heartwarming video was also shared on r/YouTube, but unfortunately, moderators decided to take it down. This action seems to have left MrBeast feeling less than pleased.
In response to a comment on X, the YouTuber stated, “It’s unfortunate that moderators on r/youtube only allow censorship of MrBeast if it’s positive about me. However, when it comes to negativity about me, suddenly it becomes acceptable.
Previously, the streamer expressed his thoughts about creating the video he just uploaded. He stated, “I’ve just posted a video showing us assisting 2,000 amputees in walking again. Unfortunately, many of them reside in America, and it’s appalling that in such a wealthy nation, a YouTuber is their main source for obtaining a prosthetic limb. It’s time we address this issue.
In his latest video, Mr. Beast showcased the challenges common folks experience when attempting to acquire prosthetic limbs. One individual, named Stephanie, who was highlighted in the video, mentioned that it’s been 15 years since she lost her leg and has not been able to walk since then.
Towards the conclusion of the video, MrBeast expressed his concerns about the current healthcare insurance system. He stated, “It’s upsetting to me that some individuals who had insurance were still denied care, and others who had insurance didn’t have adequate coverage.
Back in 2023, I (as a fan) was touched when I saw MrBeast extend his kindness yet again to those in need of prosthetic legs. It wasn’t the first time he had done so, but it was certainly one of the moments that reminded me why he is admired by millions. In this heartwarming video, he managed to help an incredible 2000 people receive new prosthetic limbs.
