As someone who has spent countless hours immersed in the world of cinema, I can confidently say that “Oh, Canada” is undoubtedly one of the most excruciatingly boring films I have ever had the misfortune to witness. It’s a two-hour rollercoaster ride of tedium and confusion, akin to watching paint dry while listening to someone else’s family vacation slideshow.
It’s not a positive indication if you find yourself wishing to fall asleep while watching the new Richard Gere movie “Oh, Canada.
In this film, Richard Gere portrays Leo Fife, a man facing cancer, who elects to document a sequence of conversations regarding various aspects of his past. Regrettably, these diverse events often prove tedious, unrelated, and challenging to keep up with (particularly as the character slips into a coma-like state during the viewing of this two-hour misadventure).
