In the realm of screenwriting, brainstorming fresh concepts may sometimes feel like a daunting task. That’s why outlandish ideas can be the key to pioneering unique narratives, such as the one presented in our upcoming film “My Old Ass”. This tale unfolds when a group of adolescents embark on a camping trip and partake in mushrooms under the cover of night. During this trip, Elliot, portrayed by Maisy Stella, encounters an unexpected twist: her older self, nicknamed ‘older Elliot’, played by Aubrey Plaza. What makes this scenario even more bizarre is that older Elliot refuses to disappear once the effects of the mushrooms wear off.
