Monster Hunter Wilds Was February 2025’s Best-Selling Game In The US

In the United States during February 2025, Monster Hunter Wilds surpassed Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 as the highest-selling game, ending its four-month reign at the top position.

According to recent sales figures from Circana, four of the top five best-selling games in February were newly launched titles. Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 took the runner-up spot, with Civilization 7 and PGA Tour 2K25 following closely behind in third and fourth positions. NBA 2K25, which previously held second place, finished fifth this month.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 finished sixth.

For the recent game releases, six titles managed to enter the top 10 chart in February, with only one making it to the top 20 in January. Besides the games already mentioned, Avowed ranked at number 7 and Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii came in at number 8 on the best-seller list for February.

To wrap up, several games that held high positions on sales charts for extended periods have started to decline. Besides Call of Duty and NBA 2K25, EA Sports College Football 25 has dropped out of the top 10 for the first time, landing at 16th instead of 7th. The only game that’s maintained its position is Elden Ring, holding steady at 18th.
