What happens in the Don’t Log Off trailer?

In the video, Winter is among a circle of pals participating in a group video chat intended to strengthen their friendship. Unfortunately, their online hangout takes an unexpectedly dark turn when they start mysteriously disappearing one by one. The ensemble features Brielle Barbusca (known for Scandal), Luke Benward (familiar from Criminal Minds), Sterling Beaumon (recognized from Law & Order True Crime), Jack Griffo (popular in The Thundermans Return), Kara Royster (well-known for Pretty Little Liars), Ashley Argota (acclaimed in All American), and Khylin Rhambo (noted in 47 Meters Down: Uncaged).

The movie “Don’t Log Off” was made by Brandon and Garrett Baer, who filmed it in July 2020 using both remote and in-person techniques. This production was overseen by Benward, Beaumon, Austin Seltzer (The Stranger), Nicole Smolen (Beyond Belief: Fact or Fiction), and Todd Slater from Brick Lane Entertainment.

According to the Baer brothers, ‘Don’t Log Off’ revolves around a close-knit group striving to safeguard each other as their world underwent a dramatic transformation in March 2020. They believed the most authentic approach to narrate this tale was by blending screenlife and conventional filmmaking techniques, aiming to innovate within the suspense thriller genre. Their vision is for the movie to serve as a relic – a symbol of the extraordinary technologically-driven era we’ve experienced. Unlike others who opted for ghosts or supernatural elements, they found the real world to be frightening enough.
