Mob Cops Trailer Sets Release Date for David Arquette Crime Movie

Lionsgate has unveiled the authentic trailer for the approaching crime drama film, titled “Mob Cops.” This film features David Arquette, a veteran actor from the “Scream” series, in the leading role. The production of this project is under the guidance of Danny A. Abeckaser, who is well-known as the director of “Inside Man.

The movie is an exhilarating crime story based on the most notorious case of corruption within the New York City Police Department. When a former NYPD detective pens a book exposing his family’s links to organized crime, it triggers a heated conflict between the crooked cops under the city’s ruthless crime lord and those determined to prosecute them.

When is the Mob Cops release date?

On April 25, you’ll be able to catch the premiere of “Mob Cops” both in movie theaters and on digital platforms. The talented ensemble features Abeckaser, Jeremy Luke, Joseph Russo, Nathaniel Buzolic, Kyle Stefanski, Bo Dietl, Kevin Connolly, and Graham Sibley.

In this movie, Abeckaser takes the director’s chair, a role he has previously shared with Kosta Kondilopoulous on films such as I Love Us (2021), Inside Man (2023), and The Engineer (2023). Julian Brass, Barry Brooker, and Stan Wertlieb are the executive producers, while Abeckaser, Paris Dylan, Gustavo Nascimento, and Stefanski serve as producers.

Recently, Arquette appeared in the Western crime film “The Unholy Trinity,” alongside Pierce Brosnan and Samuel L. Jackson. Currently, he’s set to star in another crime drama titled “The Perfect Gamble,” produced by Abeckaser, as well as an action comedy called “Chuck Hank and the San Diego Twins.
