Expansion into New States and Facilities Boosts Growth
CleanSpark’s growth was propelled not only by organic development but also by strategic expansions into different states. The company extended its operations to Mississippi, Tennessee, and Wyoming, while simultaneously expanding existing mining sites. In Clinton, Mississippi, two Bitcoin mining facilities were brought online, each furnished with S21 Pro miners, resulting in a combined hashrate of approximately 1 EH/s.
In Jackson, Tennessee, the initial phase of a mining operation with a capacity of 60 MW is now finished, equipped with 12 MW of cutting-edge S21 XP Immersion miners. The ongoing second phase will incorporate an additional 48 MW of air-cooled S21 Pro miners. Upon completion and full operation, the Jackson site is anticipated to boost CleanSpark’s total hashrate by roughly 3.7 Exahash per second (EH/s).
The business achieved a significant achievement when it successfully mined its 20,000th Bitcoin, demonstrating impressive growth since it began operations just four years ago. The organization remains steadfast in its ambitions and aims to achieve 50 exahashes per second (EH/s) by mid-2025. With a robust strategy for expansion, the company is well-positioned to pioneer innovative concepts and drive growth within the Bitcoin mining sector.
By mid-2025, we aim to reach a capacity of 50 Exahash per second, a goal backed by our well-funded growth plan. This strategy sets us not just for ambitious advancement, but for industry-leading innovation and expansion into the next big phase.” – CleanSpark explained.
