From today until Wednesday, October 16th, fans are invited to share their favorite outdoor spot from a memorable trip or vacation on Instagram. To make sure your post is included in the #MilkyWay100Contest, don’t forget to tag both @milkywaybar and @georainbolt, and use the hashtag #MilkyWar100Contest!
As reported in the official announcement, the Vice President of Marketing for Mars Wrigley North America made a statement.
“A century of MILKY WAY is a historic milestone and one we’re proud to celebrate at Mars. We take pride in inspiring moments of everyday happiness all over the world through our portfolio of brands, and MILKY WAY is an essential part of that, reminding people in such a fast-paced world to slow down and experience the joy of the moment.”
Once the contest ends, the three finalists’ photos will be presented to Rainbolt for a game of “geographical guessing”. If Rainbolt successfully identifies the locations, each finalist will win $5,000 and receive 100 Milky Way candy bars.
For fans of Milky Way candy bars, that is a lot of delicious chocolate to devour yourself over time, or share with friends and family. If you really wanted to, that $5,000 could be spent on even more delicious Milky Way chocolate.
