Miley Cyrus Delivers Alluring New Single “End of the World”

Miley Cyrus is preparing for the launch of her upcoming album titled “Something Beautiful” by debuting a fresh single called “End of the World.

In addition to releasing the song, the artist also unveils a seductive music video to go along with it. You’ll notice Miley Cyrus grooving in front of the band and eventually lying on the ground dressed in a sparkling green dress. The video employs a foggy filter as she sings the words, “Let’s pretend this isn’t the end of the world.” She encourages partying like Paul McCartney and making one more trip to Malibu, all while hinting at living for the moment with lyrics such as, “Show me how you’d hold me if tomorrow wasn’t guaranteed.” This single was dropped shortly after she announced her forthcoming visual album.

Miley Cyrus’s new album, titled “Something Beautiful“, is set to be her ninth, boasting 13 original songs. Co-executive produced by Cyrus and Shawn Everett, she shared with Harper’s Bazaar that the inspiration behind this project was to create an album akin to “The Wall”, but with a more fashionable touch, glamour, and an infusion of pop culture. Cyrus further described it as “hypnotic and glamorous”. It is a thematic album aimed at providing some relief from our current society through music. A film will accompany the release of the album on May 30th.
