Michael B. Jordan has spoken candidly about the passing of his co-star Chadwick Boseman, expressing thoughts about actions he could have taken in a different manner.

Today, Jordan was featured in the recently released Apple TV+ documentary titled “Number One on the Call Sheet”. In this production, he shares insights about the profound influence Chadwick Boseman had, not just on him personally, but also on the film industry as a whole, before his passing in 2020 due to complications from colon cancer.

According to a special video shared with People, Jordan expressed that he frequently reflects on the missed opportunity of reaching out to Boseman more. This thought continues to be a burden for him even today.

As a devoted fan, I find myself pondering quite frequently, “It’s something that consistently crosses my mind,” Jordan admitted. “I admit, I haven’t been as attentive as I should have been. It’s a burden I carry, too. I don’t aim to delve into therapy here, but let me tell you, Chadwick is extraordinary. I had been eagerly anticipating, well, you know…” The actor pauses, his voice filled with emotion.

In the year 2018, Jordan and Boseman shared the screen in the highly successful film “Black Panther,” which was a huge triumph for Marvel Studios as well as all those associated with it. Regrettably, Boseman passed away in 2020.

Jordan has expressed publicly his regrets for not having collaborated with Boseman on more productions, and indeed, he shared screen time with him in the 2022 film Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. This movie focused on the aftermath of the demise of T’Challa’s character, portrayed by Boseman.
