In a dark and atmospheric trailer, Archetype Entertainment introduced the sinister threat of its upcoming game, Exodus. The Mara Yama are a threat from outer space that, according to the trailer, feeds on the fear and psychological terror of its opponents.
Despite finding the mysterious group intriguing, it was actually Matthew McConaughey’s distinctive voice that piqued our interest. With his unique Texas drawl and manner of speaking, he made clear that the Mara Yama are not after the possessions of their victims, but rather their thoughts, memories, and emotions.
