Mattel has partnered up with G-SHOCK for a limited-edition GMA-S110BE timepiece inspired by Barbie.
The watch, adorned in Barbie’s signature bright pink, sports a unified design in color, from the case to the band. Made with G-SHOCK’s eco-friendly resin, a darker shade of pink is emphasized on the analog-digital face. Here, the hands are creatively designed as gear and heart symbols, reflecting Barbie’s universe.
Beyond these points, the collaboration is clearly indicated. On the combined band, you’ll notice both Barbie’s insignia and her famous Silo Head. Moreover, the distinctive outline is echoed on the back of the watch, underscoring once more its collaborative nature.
Regarding technical specifications, this watch incorporates all the standard features found in similar models, including world time, a stopwatch, various measurement options, a timer, alarms, and a calendar. Moreover, it boasts exceptional durability against shock and magnetic fields.
The original design of the watch is mirrored in its unique packaging, which is reminiscent of a classic Barbie box. This allows you to see and appreciate the timepiece clearly through the transparent wrapping. Priced at $170 USD, the GMA-S110BE Limited Edition can be purchased exclusively on G-SHOCK’s official website.
