In this week’s episode of “The Masked Singer” season 13, an array of captivating performances by masked celebrities graced our screens. But alas, as the curtains closed, one celebrity was eliminated and left the stage. Who departed from “The Masked Singer” in its seventh episode?
Below, you’ll find all the essential facts regarding the recent elimination on the thirteenth season of the popular singing competition show.
Was Cherry Blossom the one who went home in The Masked Singer on March 26?
Yes, Cherry Blossom was the one who went home on The Masked Singer on March 26, 2025.
In her recent show, Jennifer Lopez performed “Let’s Get Loud,” one of her most famous songs, under the blossoming cherry trees. Regrettably, despite an impressive performance, she was eliminated because she received the least number of votes from both the public and the judges.
As a fervent fan, I couldn’t help but speculate on the judges’ guesses after the latest elimination of the Masked Singer. Ken Jeong was convinced it was Tina Fey, while Rita Ora leaned towards Jessica Biel. Meanwhile, Jenny McCarthy picked Jennie Garth and Robin Thicke believed it could be Tracy Gold. The suspense is killing me!
Eventually, it was discovered that Cherry was none other than Candace Cameron Bure, a well-known actress and talk show host. Bure gained fame for her performances in shows like Full House, I Saw What You Did, Fuller House, among others.
Apart from her achievements on Dancing with the Stars Season 18 where she was the second runner-up, and her role as a co-host on the popular talk show, The View, Candace Cameron Bure has also taken on the position of Chief Content Officer at Great American Idea.
After being eliminated, Bure disclosed that the producers of The Masked Singer contacted her four times. At age 48, she considered this a chance to learn and boost her self-confidence. Bure was thankful for her time on the show, even though it ended with her first performance.
She expressed, “You understand the show is essentially a grand guessing contest. When my name was announced first among my panel, I must admit I felt quite disappointed.” She continued, “If only I could have stayed for another week, to savor the second week a bit more. Alas, that’s how things unfolded, but I still cherished the experience. I’m genuinely happy I took part in it.” (via Variety)
The Masked Singer airs on Fox.
