As a lifelong Marvel fanatic, I can barely contain my excitement as I eagerly await the arrival of the Fantastic Four in Marvel Rivals! The anticipation has been building for months, and finally, we have a confirmed release date for their trailer: January 6, 2025.

I’ve been following Marvel Rivals since its inception, and the addition of the First Family is a dream come true. From the art that was shared, it looks like they will be sporting their iconic blue and white garb, complete with the Fantasticar. The image also hints at the possibility of Blade being added to the roster, which would be an amazing addition to the game.

I’ve been playing Marvel Rivals since its release on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, and I can’t wait to see how the Fantastic Four will fit into the gameplay. While we don’t know yet if they’ll all be released at once or throughout the coming months, one thing is for sure – it’s going to be an incredible experience!

And let me tell you, I’ve been through quite a few Marvel games in my time, but this one takes the cake. I remember staying up all night playing X-Men: Mutant Apocalypse on Sega Genesis as a kid, and now I get to play as Mr. Fantastic, Invisible Woman, Human Torch, The Thing, and possibly Blade in Marvel Rivals!

It’s a delight to see them together again, especially with their trusty robotic teammate HERBIE by their side.

However, it’s plausible that HERBIE could feature in one of the team’s abilities, but we’ll have to wait for the trailer to confirm. Moreover, this seems to indicate that the next map will indeed be set in New York City.

As someone who has been a Marvel fan for over three decades, I can’t help but be intrigued by the recent hints dropped in this image. The red moon and swarm of bats in the background have me thinking that Blade might soon join the Marvel Rivals roster. It’s all speculation at this point, but given that he was part of a recent leak, it adds some credibility to the idea. If true, it would be fantastic to see the legendary vampire hunter in action as a playable character. I can only imagine the excitement among fans if this comes to fruition!

At this moment, we don’t have a specific release date for the Fantastic Four, and it remains unclear if they’ll be rolled out together or gradually over the next few months. However, what’s certain is that you’ll be able to access them without any cost.
