This family-oriented comedy was directed by Lakshman Karya. Besides Rao Ramesh, the movie features performers such as Ramya Pasupuleti, Indraja, Ajay, Annapurnamma, Ankith Koyya, and many more talented individuals.
Currently, Rao Ramesh stands among the highest-paid character artists within the realm of South Indian cinema. During an interview with Great Andhra, he disclosed that his daily income surpasses Rs 4.5 lakh. He further stated, “Rs 4.5 lakh is a modest amount. I’ve earned more than that per day, all in legitimate money with taxes duly paid on every penny.
Additionally, he mentioned a common trend in the Telugu film industry where character actors often receive lower wages. However, he has consistently managed to secure higher pay by negotiating effectively within the industry. He humorously noted that if you ask for 100 rupees, they often start bargaining down to 50.
In addition to sharing that his pay changes for each movie he takes on, Rao Ramesh disclosed a surprising fact: non-industry individuals (often referred to as outsiders) make two to three times more than him. He went on to express his frustration that despite this disparity, there’s little attention given to their earnings in the media.
