The movie featuring Basil Joseph begins in a state of apprehension, as Kerala is plagued by a ruthless serial killer infamously called the Banana Killer. This cold-blooded killer has a peculiar method: he targets elderly men and leaves a banana in their mouth after taking their lives.

In an atmosphere of apprehension, law enforcement officials have reason to believe that the culprit might be a notorious young man named Luke PP. This individual has earned a reputation for his mischievous behavior in his neighborhood, taking it to extremes by attempting to sell the local police station online.

In the midst of all these events, his girlfriend, Jessica, breaks up with him. Meanwhile, it comes to light that SK, a government worker, is the real Banana Killer and has set his sights on Keshava Kuruppu, an old man known for his perverted ways, as his next target.

Due to a series of unexpected circumstances, Kuruppu and SK find themselves unintentionally on the same bus. On this very bus, Jessy enters along with two other individuals – Jikku, the bus driver, and Aruvi, a conductor.

As the story unfolds, Kuruppu acts inappropriately towards Jessy, causing her to resort to using pepper spray on him. Regrettably, the elderly man meets his end. With his opportunity for vengeance slipping away, SK proposes aiding in the removal of the deceased body.

But things take a turn for the worse when Luke boards the bus to confront Jessy and becomes entangled in the entire predicament. With doubts about SK, Luke consents to aid Jessy and proposes burying the corpse within the grave of a diver (Tovino Thomas), whose funeral had occurred that day.

Maranamass carries on narrating the story where they’re searching for a means to dispose of the deceased, but soon discover that SK is the true culprit behind the murder. Unfortunately, they lose control over the body, leading Luke to sober up from being under the influence and unwittingly place his own jacket onto the corpse.

As things appear to spiral out of control, the townspeople unexpectedly discover that SK is the notorious Banana Killer. It later transpires that he had murdered the elderly men, who used to be companions of his father.

At one point, the victims had hidden rat poison within their shared dwelling, specifically among some bananas. Unfortunately, SK’s father unknowingly consumed this poison and passed away. In due course, his grief-stricken mother took her own life. This tragic series of events ultimately prompted SK to seek retribution.
