Mani Ratnam or Sandeep Reddy Vanga? Nani reveals his choice of director and it might surprise you

Nani has been garnering attention due to the blockbuster hit HIT: The Third Case. His portrayal of the intense character Arjun Sarkaar was impressive. As praise floods in, Nani shared an intriguing decision between two well-known filmmakers, disclosing his preferred choice for future collaborations.

During a chat with Mirchi Telugu, Nani was posed a question about directors he’d like to work with in the future. He found himself having to pick between Sandeep Reddy Vanga and Mani Ratnam.

Instead of opting for Sandeep Reddy Vanga again as he did before, this time, the lead actor from HIT enthusiastically selected Mani Ratnam instead of Vanga, flashing a broad grin.

Regarding the recent movie by Nani, it is worth mentioning that this is the third film in the HIT series, directed by Sailesh Kolanu. Previous installments starred actors such as Vishwak Sen and Adivi Sesh as main characters.

After wrapping up the third installment, it’s been confirmed that Karthi will star as the main character in the upcoming fourth chapter of this series. Notably, Meiyazhagan actor Karthi made an appearance in a cameo role towards the end of HIT 3, playing the character ACP Veerappan, who will likely play a significant role in the new production that’s set to start soon.

Speaking about its box office success, HIT 3 earned around 210 million rupees on its first day. Showing a positive trajectory, this movie is likely to surpass the 500-million-rupee mark by the end of the week.

In addition to Nani, HIT 3 casts Srinidhi Shetty as the main female character. This police drama also includes Suriya Srinivas, Rao Ramesh, Adil Pala, Komalee Prasad, Ravindra Vijay, Adivi Sesh, Tisca Chopra, Prateik Babbar, and several others in important roles.

The movie, titled “The Film,” is a project masterminded by director-cum-writer Sailesh Kolanu. This production venture is shared by Wall Poster Cinema and Unanimous Productions. Following its successful stint in cinemas, it’s set to premiere on streaming giant Netflix.
