As a long-time WWE enthusiast with decades of wrestling fandom under my belt, I must admit that the current absence of some of my favorite superstars has left a void in my weekly viewing routine. The recent developments surrounding CM Punk, Drew McIntyre, Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch, and Alexa Bliss have certainly piqued my curiosity.
At present, CM Punk, Drew McIntyre, Alexa Bliss, Charlotte Flair, and Becky Lynch are some of the WWE stars currently not appearing on the show. Following their grueling encounter at WWE Bad Blood within Hell in a Cell, where Punk claimed victory, both CM Punk and Drew McIntyre have taken time off.
It’s being speculated that CM Punk might make his comeback at the upcoming WWE Survivor Series: WarGames event. The situation regarding Drew McIntyre is uncertain as of now. Charlotte Flair, who sustained a knee injury in December, is currently undergoing rehabilitation, while Becky Lynch is currently off work due to her contract ending. There’s a lot of chatter about when Lynch might return, with many thinking she will renew her deal with WWE shortly.
Currently, Alexa Bliss, who was once the RAW Women’s Champion, has been missing from WWE shows since early 2023. Lately, she’s given signs of coming back and suggested that she may challenge some WWE personalities.

Alexa Bliss teases confrontation with multiple WWE superstars
In January 2023, Bliss faced Bianca Belair for the RAW Women’s Championship. However, at the Royal Rumble 2023, Belair emerged victorious, retaining her title. Following the match, Bliss opted to take some time off to prioritize personal matters. Later in November 2023, she and her husband Ryan Cabrera welcomed a beautiful baby girl into their family.
Right now, Alexa Bliss is spending quality time with her baby daughter and spouse. Fans have been excitedly counting down the days for her WWE return, as she’s hinted at it multiple times in recent months. Some speculate that she might team up with the Wyatt Family, given her history with the late Bray Wyatt and Uncle Howdy.
It seems Alexa Bliss is aiming at a new adversary. A fan posted an image of Rhea Ripley, Becky Lynch, Tiffany Stratton, Bianca Belair, and Liv Morgan on Twitter, implying that the old Alexa Bliss would have held her own in promos against these women. This tweet caught Bliss’s eye, leading her to hint at a comeback with an enigmatic comment: “You just wait.
