In the future, “Sankranthiki Vasthunam” is a film featuring Venkatesh Daggubati as the main character, blending action and comedy genres. The plot revolves around a retired IPS officer, who lives peacefully with his spouse. However, when a high-profile kidnapping case surfaces, his old flame, now an investigating officer, enlists his help. As they work together to crack the case, the wife, questioning her husband’s loyalty, decides to join their investigation.
This captivating idea lays the foundation for a rollercoaster journey packed with excitement and laughter, boasting action and humor. In the film, Aishwarya Rajesh and Meenakshi Chaudhary star as the main female characters, while an array of talented actors such as Srinivasa Reddy, Sai Kumar, Upendra Limaye, Raghu Babu, Naresh, and more take on significant roles.

At present, Mahesh Babu is getting ready for his upcoming movie, SSMB29. This film is slated to start production in April 2025, featuring Priyanka Chopra Jonas as the main female character. Directed by SS Rajamouli, SSMB29 is being planned as a thrilling jungle adventure that spans across different parts of the world. The movie will be split into two parts, with releases scheduled for 2027 and 2029.
