For instance, Luigi’s Mansion 2 HD managed to sell an impressive 1.19 million units within its first four days on sale.

In the third section of Nintendo’s Q1 2025 financial report, they announced that Luigi’s Mansion 2 HD had sold approximately 1.19 million copies worldwide within its first quarter, which concluded in June. Remarkably, this figure was achieved only four days after the game’s international release on June 27.
