Lucio build, powers, and items – Overwatch 2 Stadium

The optimal Lucio build for Overwatch 2’s stadium transforms this humble healer into an effective means of keeping your team alive. Despite his healing capabilities appearing to be inferior to those of Moira or Mercy, Lucio possesses certain abilities that allow him to quickly revive nearby allies in a matter of seconds.

In this guide for Overwatch 2, we’ll walk you through our custom Lucio stadium build, detailing his abilities and suggesting items that can enhance their power further.

Overwatch 2 Stadium: Best powers for Lucio

Lucio boasts exceptional healing capabilities, making him a key player in teams during the initial week of Stadium. His abilities, including one that encourages aggressive play, have contributed significantly to his high win rate. After a minor adjustment by Blizzard, Crowdplease remains effective and synergizes well with Mixtape. By rushing into areas where allies are under strain, switching Crossfade, activating Soundwave, and swiftly restoring most of their health, Lucio demonstrates his healing prowess. Sonic Boom maintains the healing boost while inflicting damage, and an additional boost can be added with Reverb if necessary. If not, Fast Forward can be used, increasing both Lucio’s damage output and healing capabilities due to Sonic Boom when his movement speed surpasses 50%.

  • Crowdpleaser – After using Soundwave, heal all allies in Crossfade’s zone of effect for 150 percent of Crossfade’s healing. This works even if Crossfade is in movement speed mode
  • Mixtape – When switching to Healing Boost, Crossfade heals for 10 percent of normal healing for every one second Speed Boost was active
  • Sonic Boom – Sonic Amplifier damage heals allies in Crossfade equal to 20 percent of the damage dealt
  • Reverb – Gain one extra charge of Soundwave

Overwatch 2 Stadium: Best items for Lucio

In this build, we’ve gathered a variety of items that either enhance weapon power or ability power. Since Lucio’s Crossfade is categorized as an ability, boosting its power increases the amount of healing it provides. Although weapon power isn’t crucial if you don’t use Sonic Boom, having more weapon power results in higher damage output and additional healing since we’ve included it in our selection.

  • #1 Single – +10 percent ability power. When allies leave Crossfade’s area, its effect lingers for two seconds
  • Riff Repeater – +15 percent attack speed. Sonic Amplifier projectiles ricochet off walls three times
  • Advanced Nanobiotics – +five percent weapon power. After healing an ally, gain 10 percent attack speed for three seconds
  • Stockpile – +five percent attack speed and +25 percent magazine size
  • Nano Cola – +20 percent ability power
  • All-Out Auditiva – +20 percent ability power and +33 percent Amp It Up duration

Overwatch 2 Stadium: Best normal items for Lucio

If you don’t initiate an attack with Sonic Boom, Lucio won’t require much weapon power. Instead, concentrate on enhancing his survivability and capability abilities for a more effective performance.

  • Power Playbook – +10 percent ability power
  • Field Rations – Restore eight life every second while on the objective
  • Winning Attitude – +25 health. When you die, gain 15 percent ultimate charge
