As a dedicated fan of reality TV shows that delve into the complexities and intricacies of human relationships, I am absolutely thrilled about the renewal of “Love is Blind: UK” for a second season! Having followed the franchise since its inception, I can confidently say that this announcement has brought a fresh wave of excitement to my viewing schedule.
One of the variations of “Love is Blind” has been given approval for a second round. This is the latest spin-off of the popular reality show, titled “Love is Blind: UK.” The announcement of season 2 comes unexpectedly, considering that the initial season is still ongoing. The reunion special is scheduled to be available on Netflix on August 26th.
Nevertheless, it doesn’t come as a complete surprise to us given the impressive success of the “Love is Blind” franchise. To date, there have been five spin-offs unveiled, and versions in United Arab Emirates and Germany are currently being developed.
The first season of “Love is Blind: UK” debuted on Netflix on August 7, releasing the initial four episodes. Four more episodes (5-9) followed a week later on August 14. The final two episodes (10-11) were released a week after that, on August 21. As previously stated, fans will have an opportunity to watch the cast come together once more for the reunion, which is scheduled to air on Netflix on August 26.
For three weeks, tons of people tuned in to watch a batch of lucky singles in the U.K. hopefully find the one. So far, the new unscripted series has spent two weeks on the Netflix global top 10, which is an impressive feat. Overall, the show has received a positive response, which prompted Netflix to give the go-ahead for a second installment.

The response to [Season] 1 has been fantastic, and we are thrilled to go again on [Season] 2. We’re delighted that Matt and Emma Willis will be back as hosts as more hopeful couples navigate the highs and lows of this unique love experiment.
Application process for future episodes has begun! To be eligible, you must be a UK citizen aged 18 or older. As of now, a specific airdate hasn’t been set, but rest assured, the show will return on our screens next year.
