Universal Pictures Home Entertainment has revealed when you can watch “Love Hurts,” their recent action comedy featuring Academy Award-winning actor Ke Huy Quan, on digital, 4K, Blu-ray, and DVD platforms. The announcement follows more than two weeks since the movie hit theaters.
The movie centers around Marvin Gable, a realtor in Milwaukee suburbs, surrounded by ‘For Sale’ signs. A menacing crimson envelope arrives from Rose, an old accomplice thought to be dead. Clearly displeased, Marvin is dragged back into a dangerous realm of merciless assassins, betrayals, and ordinary open houses transformed into lethal battlegrounds. With Knuckles, his volatile crime boss brother, in hot pursuit, Marvin finds himself forced to confront the demons from his past and the history he never properly dealt with.
When is the Love Hurts digital, 4K, Blu-ray, and DVD release dates?
Starting from tomorrow, February 25, 2025, I can’t wait to rent or own the movie “Love Hurts” digitally! And here’s some fantastic news: it’ll hit shelves on April 1, 2025, in 4K UHD, Blu-ray, and DVD formats. Best of all, the digital version comes packed with bonus content, including an alternate ending to keep us guessing!
This movie is helmed by the skilled director JoJo Eusebio, a seasoned stunt and fight choreographer. The script was penned by Matthew Murray, Josh Stoddard, and Luke Passmore. Starring in the film are Ariana DeBose (West Side Story), Daniel Wu (Tomb Raider), Mustafa Shakir (Emancipation), Lio Tipton (Lucy), Rhys Darby (Jumanji: The Next Level), Sean Astin (The Lord of the Rings trilogy), Marshawn “Beast Mode” Lynch (Bottoms) portraying King, and André Eriksen (Violent Night) as Otis. Kelly McCormick and David Leitch are the producers, with Ben Orman serving as executive producer.
