On March 14, 2025, filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj will be turning 39 and celebrating with a party right on the sets of his upcoming movie “Coolie”. A video showing him blowing out candles on his birthday cake has been shared on social media platforms recently.

In 2017, the director left a lasting impression with the film Maanagaram, and subsequently created the hit Karthi-starrer movie Kaithi. Interestingly, Kaithi marked the beginning of the director’s cinematic universe, known as the Lokesh Cinematic Universe, which encompasses films such as Thalapathy Vijay’s Leo and Vikram, featuring Kamal Haasan, Fahadh Faasil, and Vijay Sethupathi.
Instead of producing Master within his cinematic realm, there are reports that the actor’s next project, Coolie, will also exist independently. The upcoming film featuring Rajinikanth in the main role is an action-packed entertainer where he is rumored to portray a character with a darker side.
In addition to Rajinikanth, some notable actors in this film include Nagarjuna Akkineni and Upendra Rao, who play significant parts.
