As a long-time fan of thought-provoking and immersive storytelling, I am absolutely thrilled to share my excitement about the upcoming Netflix series, Penelope. Having grown up with shows like Stranger Things and Bojack Horseman under my belt, I’ve come to appreciate the depth that a well-crafted soundtrack can add to a narrative. With Penelope being co-created by Mark Duplass and Mel Eslyn, and boasting a talented cast including Megan Stott, Austin Abrams, and Krisha Fairchild, my anticipation is already at an all-time high.
ComingSoon can exclusively debut a new track from the soundtrack to Netflix’s Penelope series.
The upcoming Netflix show, titled “Penelope,” was jointly created by Mark Duplass and Mel Eslyn. This series features Megan Stott, Austin Abrams, and Krisha Fairchild in prominent roles. It’s set to premiere on Netflix later this week.
Penelope’s soundtrack is created by Danny Bensi, Saunder Juriaans, and Julia Piker. ComingSoon has the exclusive premiere of one track, titled “Feels Free,” that you can hear below:

Notably, they have previously published several soundtracks for films and series like Bridgerton, Stranger Things, Wednesday, Fallout, John Wick, Bojack Horseman, The Walking Dead, If Beale Street Could Talk, Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, Whiplash, among many others.
Title track one of the Penelope soundtrack is “Feels Free.” Other songs on the album are “Leave No Trace,” “Trainhopping,” “Teaching Boiling Water,” “Raining,” “Constructing a Shelter,” “Sham Marriage,” “The Woodland,” “Snap,” “Cougar,” “Move On,” “Hallucinating,” “Bear,” “Thank You Trees,” “Leaving the Den,” “Wandering,” and “He’s Departed.
As a gamer, I’m excited to delve into Penelope where I’ll be immersed in a harmonious blend of vocal performances, intricately woven with lush strings and synths. This musical journey is inspired by the tranquil allure of nature – the hushed whispers of trees, the crisp rustling of leaves, and the enchanting melodies of birdsong. In crafting this game’s soundtrack, we aimed to pay tribute to and illuminate the intricate, yet softly powerful symphony that nature offers us all.
