After vanquishing a dangerous adversary in the initial installment, he encounters numerous other threats in its follow-up.

Furthermore, the film features actresses like Raveena Tandon, Srinidhi Shetty, Easwari Rao, Anant Nag, Prakash Raj, among others. This movie generated an enormous box office revenue and garnered Sanjay Dutt much appreciation for his performance.

Jawan

In Shah Rukh Khan’s hit film “Jawan,” there was a notable guest appearance by Sanjay Dutt. Throughout the story, as character Azad tirelessly developed his scheme with his crew, it turned out that it was actually Sanjay Dutt’s character, Madhavan Nayak, who had been assisting him all along.

Under the direction of Atlee, the film’s summary goes like this: “The head of a penitentiary enlists convicts to carry out sensational acts of crime exposing corruption and injustice, ultimately leading him towards an unforeseen reunion.”

Leo

Sanjay Dutt made his debut in Tamil cinema through the film Leo, where Vijay plays the main character. The plot revolves around a coffee shop owner grappling with an identity dilemma, as rumors swirl that he was once a drug lord. Dutt takes on the role of the antagonist, who is the father of the protagonist, while Trisha and Arjun Sarja appear in supporting roles. Lokesh Kanagaraj co-wrote and directed the movie, which proved to be a massive hit at the box office.

Double iSmart

The upcoming film “Double iSmart” serves as a sequel to the 2019 hit “iSmart Shankar”. Starring Ram Pothineni in the lead role, this movie is helmed by director and co-producer Puri Jagannadh. Notably, Sanjay Dutt will be making his Telugu film debut with this upcoming project, taking on the character of Big Bull opposite Pothineni’s Shankar. The narrative centers around Big Bull, who seeks immortality by transferring his memories into Shankar. As he embarks on this unique experiment, tensions escalate between Big Bull and Shankar in a high-stakes confrontation.

The film is scheduled for release in theaters on August 15, 2024, where it’ll face competition from Ravi Teja’s Mr. Bachchan at the ticket counter. Filmed originally in Telugu, this movie will also be accessible in Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam languages.

KD – The Devil
