Linda Yaccarino recently declared her departure as CEO, following a tenure of approximately two years, from X, which was previously recognized as Twitter under Elon Musk’s ownership. She assumed this position after his acquisition of the company.
Linda Yaccarino recently chose to step down from her position, expressing her thoughts about her tenure and her connection with proprietor Elon Musk, in a published statement.
Yaccarino didn’t explain why she was leaving, but the news emerged only a day after Grok, X’s AI companion, started posting offensive content in response to users. This led X to acknowledge and remove these posts. It’s another controversy that X has faced since Elon Musk took over the social media platform in 2022.
