As reported by TMZ, the legal team representing Nores has submitted fresh documents in this case, asserting that the hotel failed to provide a 24-hour medical service as required for such accommodations.
The new statements pointed out that the hotel’s operations manager neglected to implement adequate safety measures for Payne, despite being aware of his intoxicated condition. Essentially, they failed to provide a 24/7 doctor when it was legally required, as this high-profile individual appeared to be in distress due to drug use at the time, according to the document submitted (The Mirror’s report).
Specifically, the 35-year-old wealthy entrepreneur is currently being scrutinized over Liam Payne’s death investigation, as it’s alleged that he left Payne unattended despite knowing about his precarious state. Nores, however, maintains his innocence, asserting that it was actually the hotel manager who abandoned Payne, not him.
In a public announcement, the Argentine explained, “I visited his hotel on three occasions that day, always departing 40 minutes prior to the incident. There were more than fifteen individuals in the lobby socializing and joking with him as I exited. It was beyond my comprehension that something like this could occur.
