The official “Ice Road: Vengeance” trailer for the upcoming action-thriller sequel has been released by Vertical Entertainment. This movie is a follow-up to the 2021 film and is scheduled to hit select cinemas on June 27, with its digital premiere set for July 1.

What happens in the Ice Road: Vengeance trailer?
In the new video, Liam Neeson’s character Mike McCann makes a comeback as he prepares for a journey up Mount Everest. But before their adventure even begins, the bus they’re traveling on is seized by armed men. The sneak peek showcases thrilling action scenes from the upcoming sequel. In addition to Neeson, the star-studded cast includes Fan Bingbing, Marcus Thomas, Grace O’Sullivan, Saksham Sharma, Bernard Curry, Geoff Morrell, Mahesh Jadu, Amelia Bishop, Shapoor Batliwalla, Monish Anand, Shivantha Wijesinha, and CJ Bloomfield.
Ice Road: Vengeance” is penned and helmed by Jonathan Hensleigh. David Buelow, Jonathan Dana, Connor Flanagan, Julie Goldstein, John Leonetti, Myles Nestel, and Lisa Wilson are the executive producers, while Al Corley, Eugene Musso, Lee Nelson, Shivani Rawat, Bart Rosenblatt, and David Tish are involved as producers. The creative team also includes composer Michael Yezerski and cinematographer Tom Stern. The film runs for a duration of 95 minutes, which is equivalent to 1 hour and 35 minutes.
The synopsis states that the character Mike McCann (played by Neeson), a truck driver who’s used to navigating icy roads, embarks on a journey to Nepal to scatter his deceased brother’s ashes at Mt. Everest. During his travel, he finds himself aboard a crowded bus, venturing through the perilous 12,000-foot high Road to the Sky. Along this treacherous path, McCann and his guide run into a band of merciless mercenaries, forcing them to battle for not just their survival but also that of the bus’ passengers and a nearby village that teeters on the edge of annihilation.
