In the forthcoming season, viewers will trace the dual narratives of Kim Min-Ha’s character, Kim Sun-Ja/Baek Sun-Ja, a teenage girl from an immigrant Korean family moving from Korea under Japanese occupation to Osaka’s Korean district. Fast forward two decades, she will reconnect with Lee Min-Ho’s Han-Su, another central figure in the series franchise.

Prior to now, Min-Ha has been featured in notable dramas like Partners for Justice, School 2017, and Not Alright, But It’s Alright. Moreover, she has played roles in various movies such as The Call, Killer Swell: Our Space, and After Spring.

In the storyline, Lee Min-Ho portrays Ko Han-Su, a character who will reappear in Sun-Ja’s life after a 14-year absence and reignite their relationship. It is suggested that he may secretly assume responsibility for his son. Lee Min-Ho is well-known as one of the prominent South Korean actors within the entertainment industry.
