The storyline of Laughing Buddha revolves around a police officer named Gowardhan, who is renowned for his tender heart and unwavering loyalty to his duty. However, he’s also famed for his insatiable hunger.

For quite some time, everything appeared relaxed and untroubled in his personal life, professional endeavors, and family affairs. However, a cautionary notice from superior figures disrupted this tranquility, warning him that his obesity might result in his termination.

Worried about losing his job, Gowardhan found himself torn between his passion for food and his dedication to his work. Losing weight seemed like a challenging task for him, but his decision on how to balance these two important aspects of his life sets the stage for the rest of the story.
