On October 15, 2024, you can get your hands on the Collector’s Edition of “The Land of the Dead” in stunning 4K quality. This special edition will come with three discs: a 4K Ultra HD disc featuring an unrated version of the film that has been meticulously restored using the original negative of the movie, another Blu-ray disc showcasing an unrated cut, and lastly, a Blu-ray disc for the theatrical release of the film. Originally released in 2005, “Land of the Dead” was helmed by George A. Romero, marking it as the fourth installment in his six-movie “Living Dead” series. This film takes us to a post-apocalyptic Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where a hierarchical administration has risen and a band of survivors are struggling to escape the hordes of zombies that infest the downtown district.
