Today, the creators have left us all in awe with the introduction of another captivating character for their action-packed masterpiece. None other than the talented Tovino Thomas has been chosen to bring this role to life. To celebrate his birthday and our anticipation, they’ve released his first on-screen glimpse from the film on platform X (previously known as Twitter).

In addition to the poster, the caption succinctly described the nature of Tovino’s role, which was portraying a man called Jathin Ramdas.
The message said, ‘Team L2E extends warm birthday wishes to Jathin. Remember, power is an illusion! Look forward to the release of #L2E featuring Actor Tovino Thomas on 27th March 2025.
Recently, I’ve found myself immersed in a string of successful projects professionally. One such project is “Ajayante Randam Moshanam” set to release in 2024, where I had the unique opportunity to portray three characters with distinct characteristics, each requiring precision and dedication. As we progress, the year 2025 kicked off with Tovino delivering an outstanding and hopeful act in the movie Identity. Since its premiere, viewers have showered him with immense praise for his performance.
Returning to the movie “Empuraan”: This production is steered by Prithviraj Sukumaran, who not only takes on the role of director but also appears within the film itself. Significantly, it represents the second chapter in their successful 2019 series called “Lucifer.
Empuraan will act as both a backstory and continuation of the previous film. The production team has set a release date for March 27, 2025, and they aim to create a three-part series.
