As a seasoned gamer with a soft spot for creature-taming RPGs, I couldn’t be more thrilled about the upcoming Palworld Mobile! Having grown up playing games like Pokemon and Digimon on my trusty Game Boy, I’ve always had a special place in my heart for these adventures.
Following the thriving reception of Palworld since its release earlier in the year, developers at Pocketpair aim to share the captivating world of monster-taming across various platforms. Now, they’ve struck a partnership with Krafton to create a mobile adaptation of Palworld.
Today, Krafton revealed its partnership with Pocketpair through a press statement. The creators of the popular battle royale game, PUBG Studios, are set to develop Palworld Mobile. According to the release, they aim to preserve the core entertaining aspects of the original version, tailored to fit the mobile gaming environment.
Just last week, Palworld debuted on PS5 following a long-standing demand from fans. Given the vast mobile gaming community globally, it aims to expand its reach further. Krafton has demonstrated success in transferring intellectual properties to mobile platforms, with PUBG Mobile still thriving among the top games for iOS and Android devices.
As a passionate gamer, it’s been on everyone’s minds lately – this month saw The Pokemon Company and Nintendo filing a lawsuit against Palworld for patent infringement. I guess we’ll just have to keep our eyes peeled and see where the legal battle takes us. Fingers crossed that it won’t impact the release of Palworld Mobile in any significant way!
