The announcement precedes the upcoming 35th anniversary celebration of its initial cinema release.

The sci-fi horror-comedy film “Killer Klowns From Space” was helmed by director Stephen Chiodo, who collaborated with his brother Charles Chiodo on the screenplay. Both brothers, alongside their sibling Edward Chiodo, also took on producer roles for this project. The original cast included Grant Cramer as Mike, Suzanne Snyder as Debbie, John Allen Nelson as Officer Dave Hansen, Royal Dano as Farmer Gene Green, John Vernon as Officer Curtis Mooney, and Christoper Titus as Bob McReed.
