Kid Cudi Returns With “Neverland”

* In simpler terms, the Moon Man (Kid Cudi) is back on Earth. His latest single for this year, titled “Neverland“, was just unveiled, following hints of new studio work he’s been sharing recently.

Cudi unveiled that he will first appear at the Tribeca Film Festival with the screening of his self-titled short film, which is likely a longer adaptation of a music video for one of his tracks.

In a departure from his previous ventures, but certainly not his first foray into the cinematic world, “Neverland” marks Kid Cudi’s most expansive visual exploration. The movie is directed by his collaborator on “X,” Ti West, produced by Jordan Peele’s Monkeypaw Productions, and stars Cudi alongside Kiernan Shipka.

Regarding “Neverland,” the single release, this nearly 4-minute track marks a fresh phase for the rapper, adopting a lively, indie-influenced vibe as it welcomes a new era.
