Kerala government warns Supreme Court against glorifying actor Siddique without revealing the truth

As a lifestyle expert with years of experience in navigating complex social and cultural landscapes, I find myself deeply disturbed by the ongoing case involving actor Siddique. The allegations against him are grave, and it is disheartening to witness such behavior from someone who holds significant influence in society.

In a thrilling twist, I, a devoted fan, find myself on the edge of my seat as the intriguing saga surrounding actor Siddique unfolds. The Kerala government has appealed to the Supreme Court to unveil the facts about him before he’s celebrated as a legendary figure in history. According to a report by Mathrubhumi, these officials are urging swift action from the court to prevent future generations from idolizing him prematurely. A report submitted to the Supreme Court reveals that the Kerala government has asked the court to expose Siddique’s true nature and deny his request for anticipatory bail in the rape case against him.

During the ongoing investigation of Siddique’s case, the investigating officer submitted a report indicating that the actor failed to cooperate in any way. Even though the Supreme Court had granted him interim bail, Siddique has chosen not to collaborate with the case.

The report states that authorities have already amassed evidence against Siddique during the initial stages of the investigation. Yet, there’s a possibility that the accuser may drop the charges against the actor if the court grants him protective bail before arrest.

Previously, during court proceedings, the Supreme Court expressed curiosity about why the rape accuser waited nearly eight years before filing charges. Furthermore, it was pointed out that the incident occurred when she was just 21 years old. Moreover, Siddique held significant influence in the Malayalam film industry, which may have made it challenging for her to speak up earlier.

Considering the current situation, the government is asking the Supreme Court to take into account the hardships faced by the victim. At the same time, the accuser claims that she was sexually assaulted by Siddique in 2016. She described the incident as being locked in a room, where he physically harmed her and insisted it was acceptable if she did not set boundaries.
