At the 2025 Super Bowl’s halftime show, Serena Williams made an appearance alongside fellow performers SZA. It’s intriguing to note that both Williams and SZA were rumored to have been in relationships with Drake, a Canadian hip-hop artist known for his longstanding rivalry with Kendrick Lamar. During the performance, Lamar sang “Not Like Us,” a song he released during their feud with Drake. Remarkably, Williams was spotted dancing along to the track.

At Wimbledon, I didn’t perform the ‘Crip Walk’ as some may think,” Williams explained in a video posted on X (previously Twitter). “I would have been penalized for it. It was all about respect.

Furthermore, Lamar also sang “Humble,” “DNA,” “Euphoria,” “man at the garden,” “peekaboo,” “luther,” and “All the Stars.” SZA joined him in performing the final two tracks since they were created from their joint efforts.

In 2015, it was observed that Williams and Drake spent time together, sparking rumors that they were romantically involved. Later in August 2024, a video clip from the past surfaced on social media, where Drake himself confirmed that his 2016 song “Too Good” was inspired by Williams.

Back in late 2016, Williams got engaged to the co-founder of Reddit, Alexis Ohanian. On November 16, 2017, they officially married in New Orleans, Louisiana. Together, they are parents to two lovely girls named Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr. and Adira River Ohanian.
