The first trailer for Keeper has finally been released.
As a horror enthusiast, I’m thrilled about the upcoming release of “Keeper,” a chilling new movie set to hit U.S. theaters on November 14, 2025, courtesy of Neon. This spine-tingling masterpiece is the latest creation from director Osgood Perkins, who has previously impressed us with his work on “Longlegs” in 2024 and “The Monkey” in 2025. So mark your calendars horror fans, this one’s not to be missed!

What happens in the Keeper trailer?
The trailer for The Keeper hints at another chilling horror production by Perkins, featuring Tatiana Maslany and Rossif Sutherland in the lead roles. As per The Playlist, this movie is categorized as a “horror focused on relationships,” and snippets show several women drenched in blood and shouting in distress.
The film’s plot revolves around a caretaker who accompanies a couple on their anniversary getaway to a remote cabin. However, as Malcolm (Sutherland) unexpectedly reappears in the city, Liz (Maslany) discovers herself alone and confronted by an unimaginable horror that gradually reveals the sinister truth hidden within the cabin’s walls.
Nick Lepard is the author of the screenplay for the movie “Keeper.” Chris Ferguson and Jesse Savath are the producers, while Maslany, Marlaina Mah, Noah Segal, Laurie May, Brian Kavanaugh Jones, Fred Berger, Peter Micelli, John Hegeman, Vince Totino, and Bonner Bellew are listed as executive producers.
Back in 2015, I stepped into the director’s chair for my first feature film, The Blackcoat’s Daughter. After that chilling experience, I delved into another spine-tingling tale with I Am the Pretty Thing That Lives in the House in 2016. More recently, you might have seen Gretel & Hansel on the big screen from 2020. Currently, my latest creations, Longlegs and The Monkey, are gracing theater screens near you!
Tatiana Maslany is primarily recognized for her role as Jennifer Walters in She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, but she’s also appeared in Orphan Black and Perry Mason. Her acting career spans films like Hardwired (2009), The Vow (2012), Destroyer (2018), and Trollhunters: Rise of the Titans (2021). She currently portrays Lois Shelburn in The Monkey.
As a devoted fan, I can’t help but marvel at the versatility of Sutherland. From gracing our screens on hit series like ER, Reign, The Handmaid’s Tale, and Murder in a Small Town, it’s clear that this talented actor knows no bounds!
