“In this story, when a renowned surgeon (Winslet) and her school teacher spouse grow suspicious that she could be linked to a hit-and-run accident resulting in a child’s death, their search for truth leads them down a tangled path of growing doubts and hidden secrets. This journey challenges their determination and bond as they grapple with the idea of concealed guilt and deception.”
Actress Kate Winslet, famed for her work in numerous critically acclaimed movies, has also graced several TV series over the past few years. These include playing Mildred Pierce, Mare Sheehan in Mare of Easttown, and more recently, Elena Vernham in The Regime. Earlier roles on television encompass Dark Season, Anglo-Saxon Attitudes, and Get Back.
