As a private individual who values my personal life, I, much like Karthi, opt to keep it beyond the reach of media spotlight. Recently, following the triumph of my latest film Meiyazhagan, an uncommon event transpired when I was seen in the company of my loved ones, making a visit to the revered Tirupati temple.
On various online videos, you can observe Karthi accompanied by several family members, moving together in a line, making their way to visit the sacred grounds of the Tirupati temple.

Instead, it’s worth noting that the unusual sight was the actor’s son, Kandhan, making an appearance. He was held by his dad, and they exchanged adorable banter right into each other’s ears. Simultaneously, Karthi also participated in his son’s conversation and flashed a playful smile at him.
Recently, Karthi has been making headlines following the success of his latest movie, Meiyazhagan. This film, featuring Arvind Swamy as the main character, earned a remarkable sum of more than 31 crore rupees at the box office.
In addition, the film not only received widespread acclaim but also had viewers appreciating multiple elements they enjoyed about it.
In addition to his role, the actor popped up in a unique manner for his brother Suriya’s latest movie titled Kanguva. The enthusiastic fans were thrilled by this fantastic extra cast member in the movie directed by Siva. Despite it being a brief appearance, fans were delighted to see the on-screen collaboration of the talented Sivakumar brothers in a single film.
Continuing forward, Karthi’s upcoming projects look quite promising. One of these is the movie titled “Vaa Vaathiyar”, directed by Nalan Kumarasamy. Unfortunately, the release date for this film has been pushed back to the summer season of 2025.
In addition, he’s working on a Tamil spy-action movie titled Sardar 2. This production, helmed by director PS Mithran, is presently undergoing filming.
