Karate Kid: Legends Runtime Revealed, Will Be the Shortest Movie in the Franchise

The runtime for Karate Kid: Legends has been revealed.

Under the direction of Jonathan Entwistle, the latest installment in the Karate Kid series titled “Karate Kid: Legends” is set to hit U.S. theaters later this month. This film marks the fifth addition to the franchise, featuring Jackie Chan as Mr. Han, Ralph Macchio reprising his role as Daniel LaRusso, and Ben Wang taking on the character Li Fong.

As per the information on AMC Theaters’ site, the movie “Karate Kid: Legends” lasts for approximately 1 hour and 34 minutes, which is equal to 94 minutes in total.

So far, among all Karate Kid films, the latest one from 2010 has the longest duration, running for 140 minutes, while the earliest, The Karate Kid from 1984, was the longest with 127 minutes, followed by The Karate Kid Part II in 1986 (113 minutes), then The Karate Kid Part III in 1989 (111 minutes), and finally, The Next Karate Kid in 1994 (107 minutes).

Legends” brings together some of the most renowned martial arts masters from a classic film series, weaving a fresh tale filled with action and emotion. When young kung fu master Li Fong (Wang) moves to New York City along with his mother for a top-tier school, he finds comfort in a new friendship with a classmate and her father.
