Shiva Rajkumar, a renowned actor from Kannada cinema, was lately observed departing for the United States. His destination: Miami Cancer Institute, where he is scheduled to have a surgical operation. Before bidding farewell to India, the actor appeared visibly emotional.

On December 24, 2024, the actor is scheduled to undergo surgery in the United States due to a severe health issue he has been battling. According to a report by India Today, the actor was observed speaking with his fans as he departed for treatment, showing clear signs of emotion.

Apart from sharing details about his role, the actor additionally disclosed information regarding his treatment. In his own words, “The doctor’s name is Murugesh N Manohar. He is a renowned oncologist with quite a reputation. He possesses a skillful and fortunate touch, and when I spoke to him, he eased my concerns, promising me that the procedure would proceed smoothly.

Before departing for his surgery, the celebrated actor Kichcha Sudeep previously visited his colleague, offering words of encouragement that he would return in good health and provide emotional support.

Concerning his upcoming arrival, Shiva Rajkumar reassured his fans not to worry as he’s set to return shortly. Furthermore, he disclosed that he’ll be boarding a plane from the USA on January 25 and will touch down in India on the same day. Notably, his wife Geetha and younger daughter Niveditha will join him for this journey.

Regarding Shiva Rajkumar’s professional endeavors, he recently starred as the main character in the film titled Bhairathi Ranagal. This production hit the screens on November 14, 2024, and served as a prequel to his 2017 movie Mufti, where he worked alongside Sriimurali.

In addition to Rahul Bose, Rukmini Vasanth, Devaraj, Chaya Singh, Madhu Guruswamy, and Shabeer Kallarakkal, the film featured several other notable actors in pivotal roles. Directed by Narthan, this neo-noir sequel followed a man’s transformation from a dedicated lawyer to a benevolent crime lord in the state of Karnataka.

The actor will soon be seen in a film called Uttarakaanda in Kannada, too. Additionally, they have been cast for an important part in the upcoming movie of Ram Charan and Buchi Babu Sana, temporarily known as RC16.
