These national multiplexes such as INOX, PVR, and others are arranging for a prolonged release of the Hindi-dubbed version of Kanguva, meaning the movie will spend significantly more time on the big screen compared to typical releases.
Additionally, according to another report from Her Zindagi, the producers of Kanguva struck a monumental deal worth approximately Rs. 100 crore, granting the online release rights of the film to Amazon Prime Video.
In Kanguva, this movie signifies Suriya’s initial partnership with director Siruthai Siva. This film is widely anticipated to be Suriya’s first major pan-India success, surpassing the audience turnout of his past films.
In the movie, Suriya takes on not one but two distinct roles – Kanguva and Francis. Interestingly, these characters have completely different appearances, as shown in the film’s promotional materials like posters, trailers, and teaser videos. The transformation of Soorarai Pottru actor Suriya is quite striking and noticeable.
