It’s clear that director Kiruthiga Udhayanidhi is absolutely thrilled with the triumph of her recent movie, Kadhalikka Neramillai. Starring Ravi Mohan and Nithya Menen in pivotal roles, this film was released earlier in the year and has since become a huge hit.
According to the recent news on Valai Pechu’s YouTube channel, there are rumors that the director of Vanakkam Chennai is planning her next film featuring Vijay Sethupathi as the main character. At this point, it remains unconfirmed whether this collaboration will indeed take place. Of course, if true, it promises to be an exciting project for fans looking forward to a combination of the Master actor and the Paper Rocket director’s talents.
In a new film directed by Kiruthiga Udhayanidhi titled Kadhalikka Neramillai, romance and laughter take center stage. Previously discussed, the movie stars Ravi Mohan and Nithya Menen as the main characters. Additionally, Yogi Babu, Lal, Vinay Rai, Lakshmi Ramakrishnan, and other notable actors are also part of this production in significant roles.
The movie primarily focuses on its main characters, whose fates intertwine due to various events. The narrative centers around their struggles, resolutions, and eventual love connection. Before the film premiered, the director expressed that she aimed to depict authentic relationships, the origins of conflicts within them, and how couples navigate and conquer those difficulties.
As a die-hard fan, let me tell you how thrilled I am about Kadhalikka Neramillai! This movie doesn’t just have an incredible storyline; it boasts a fantastic technical team too! Gavemic U. Ary takes the reins as our cinematographer, and Lawrence Kishore skillfully handles the film’s editing. The legendary composer, A.R. Rahman, has created the enchanting background score for this movie. Not to mention, it’s being produced by none other than Udhayanidhi Stalin under the prestigious Red Giant Movies banner!
Speaking of Vijay Sethupathi, he recently appeared in the much-awaited sequel to Viduthalai, a period political crime film directed by Vetrimaaran. Alongside him, the film features Manju Warrier, Anurag Kashyap, Kishore, Soori, Bhavani Sre, and other key actors. This movie was launched in December of last year and received widespread acclaim from both audiences and critics alike.
Moving forward, I’m excited to share that I have three significant projects in the works. One of these is Gandhi Talks, a silent film where I’ll be sharing the screen with Aravind Swamy, Aditi Rao Hydari, and others. This project is under the direction of Kishore Pandurang Belekar. Additionally, I’m collaborating on Ace, working alongside Rukmini Vasanth, directed by Arumuga Kumar. Lastly, I’ll be joining forces with Shruti Haasan in Train, a production helmed by Mysskin.
