In a recent interview, the multi-talented Jyotika, currently gearing up for the release of her upcoming project Dabba Cartel, disclosed her decision to temporarily step away from films shortly after marriage – a period that marked a significant juncture in her illustrious career.

Additionally, she got married at age 28 and took a break from work until she was 35; however, she had little to complain about during this time.

She’s particularly proud of the notable roles she played there, adding that she feels fortunate to have been a part of it. Additionally, she questioned whether she may not have had those same opportunities if she had worked in Hindi cinema instead. Lastly, she disclosed that she took a break from acting at age 28 due to marriage, only to return to films when she was 35 years old.

We strive to ensure that fame remains outside our doorstep, creating an environment where our children can grow up in a typical household setting.

In simpler terms, she mentioned that at home, she and Suriya are merely the parents of their children, and it’s also where they decide on what to put in their kids’ school lunches.
