Julianne Moore’s Netflix Show ‘Sirens’: Release Date and Stunning Photos Revealed!

Netflix has shared the Sirens release date and photos for its newest dark comedy miniseries about a sister’s determination to uncover the truth behind her younger sister’s strange relationship with her boss. The photos provide the audiences with a first look at the main cast led by Academy Award winner Julianne Moore as Michaela Kell .

“In the series, Devon thinks her sister Simone has a really creepy relationship with her new boss, the enigmatic socialite Michaela Kell,” reads the synopsis. “Michaela’s cult-ish life of luxury is like a drug to Simone, and Devon has decided it’s time for an intervention. When Devon tracks her sister down to say WTF, she has no idea what a formidable opponent Michaela will be. Told over the course of one explosive weekend at The Kells’ lavish beach estate, Sirens is an incisive, sexy, and darkly funny exploration of women, power, and class.”

When is the Sirens release date?

Sirens is scheduled to start streaming on May 22, 2025. Besides Moore, the cast also includes Meghann Fahy as Devon DeWitt, Milly Alcock as Simone DeWitt, Kevin Bacon as Peter Kell, Glenn Howerton as Ethan Corbin III, Bill Camp as Bruce DeWitt, Felix Solis as Jose, Trevor Salter as Jordan, Josh Segarra as Raymond, and more.

Sirens is written and executive produced by Molly Smith Metzler, who will also serve as showrunner. It is based on Metzler’s Elemeno Pea play, which she wrote during her time at The Julliard School. This marks Metzler’s latest collaboration with Netflix after previously serving as a showrunner and writer on its acclaimed Margaret Qualley-led miniseries Maid. The limited drama is executive produced by Dani Gorin, Tom Ackerley, and Margot Robbie for LuckyChap Entertainment, the production company behind Greta Gerwig’s live-action Barbie movie.
